TERMS and CONDITIONS FOR ORDERS DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Groups , Private Dining & Parties (of 8 or more guests)
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:
• Booking and final number of guests to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event
MENU CHOICE:
• all menus and choice of dishes are to be pre-ordered
A minimum of 7 days in advance
• If a booking is made for an event to take place in a shorter period than the 7 days minimum pre-order period, a menu selection may be restricted to availability of ingredients
DEPOSITS:
• A booking deposit of 50% of the cost of the chosen menu package is applicable at all times
For A la Carte bookings a deposit of £20.00 per person is applicable
• Deposit is non refundable 7 days in advance of the event date
• Deposit for actual number of people dining on the day of the party will be deducted from the final bill
PAYMENTS:
• Credit terms and payment by company cheque – details on application and subject to credit references
• All major credit cards accepted
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Service is not included
A 12.5 % optional gratuity is added to all bills.
