Terms & Conditions for orders, deposits and payments

This applies to groups, private dining & parties of 10 and more guests

Confirmation of your booking

All reservations become confirmed once the deposit of £20 per person or credit card details have been received.  We request confirmation 7 days in advance (where possible).

Menu choice/pre-order

The written pre-order is required 48 hours before your event takes place if not agreed otherwise. It is highly recommended that this is supplied with a breakdown of each individual’s order. We will always do our best to cater for most types of special dietary requirement however we do need written notification 48 hours in advance. If a booking is made for an event to take place in a shorter period than 7 days, a menu selection may be restricted to availability of ingredients.

Payment and deposits

For a la carte bookings, a deposit of £20 per person is applicable if not agreed otherwise. Deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked date.  The full paid deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the event date.

Amendments

Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your numbers. If your numbers increase then we will require an increase in deposit accordingly. If numbers decrease, deposits will be credited to the final account if more than 48 hours notice is given. The full meal price will be charged for any reduction in numbers notified to us with less than 48 hours notice.

Credit card details

Pescatori reserves the right to charge an additional amount of £5 (to the credit card details received) to any reservation that has not turned up and did not give any prior notice stating its absence.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Service is not included a 12.5 % optional gratuity is added to all bills.
